Dr. Taveka Hicks was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with my 2 children at today's visit. Saturday is the office's busiest day, however, they are a well.oiled machine, organized and cordial every time we come. Yes, there is a wait, however, with an all-in-one location, it is well worth every second for our large family (with good insurance coverage, with many options, FYI.) Dr. Hicks took time to explain EVERYTHING to me, make sure our kids were comfortable with our decisions. Etc. I cannot recommend this place enough. THANK YOU LUCK!

I've gotten my glasses here since i was 13. They offer great service.

Their name is perfect for them.They only take walk ins which is great if you are looking for something quick.they also accept medicaid as well. Staff is friendly. And they have a small kids area with a TV. I got 4 exams done in one day and I must say I got out at a pretty decent time..they even looked at my 5 year old..this is my first visit but definitely won't be my last.

Best eyeglasses place in Fort Worth. Nice staff and great selection of frames. Good prices.

Guest wifi password: luck20/20They were pretty busy but I feel like we got through our eye exams at a decent pace. The doctor's we had were nice and knowledgeable. We opted to pick up our glasses the next day instead of coming back a few hours later.

Super sweet staff I called today about a contact order for my husband in jail a sweet girl by the name Johana was very patient and took time to help me as well as velicity she took my order over the phone.

I love this place. I get an eye exam and glasses for less than $300.

It’s the first time for me to come to this clinic, I’m so lucky to meet Dr. Shannon! She’s very patient and professional in solving my eye problems and concerns, plus she gave me some very useful advice about how to relax my eyes when I’m at work, which is very helpful!! I definitely will recommend Luck Optical to my other friends!

Staff here is great! I will go darn near blind until I can get over here. I will not even pay for my kids glasses unless they purchase from here and they are all grown now.

CeCe the Optician is beautiful inside and out.She worked with my husband and made this a wonderful visit for us. Today she took her time and made sure everything was perfect. Great experience, this year and last year! Dr Bradford is so very informative. She explained changes from last year to this year, she even compared images side by side with me and she compared images from last year, as well. This was an all around great experience. After the exam the doctor herself escorted me to the eye glass selection area where Cece assisted me. Cece was awesome! She took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for even going as far as picking from selections that were not on the floor. That is customer service! She listened and she delivered. I bought 2 pairs of glasses and she made me feel like I got the very best deal walking out. I will be back no doubt! Thank you Luck and keep up the great work!

Forget Lenscrafters. Luck optical is amazing. In N Out in less than 5 hours from exam to new glasses.

My visit was great. I got in and was seen in a timely manner. My visit with the doctor went great and I got to pick out my frames. And they had them ready in the same day. I would would definitely recommend this eye clinic.

Very pleased with my experience at Luck Optical. Bought 2 pair, regular glasses and sunglasses. When I checked out I was surprised when they offered a little cash back in a unique way. I won't spoil it for you. After a bit I decided that I did not like one pair of the glasses. In spite of being after the 3 month grace period and the fact that I had made the mistake of picking a pair that I should not have, they exchanged the frames for no charge. I left the glasses that I was unhappy with. As I was leaving, the technician caught me. She was concerned that they were my only pair and offered to let me keep them until I got the replacements. I still was able to use another older pair but I appreciated her concern. Great job Luck.

My experience was good it was my first time being in a fortworth optical all staff was friendly and they checked everyones temperature before entering they all had mask and saw workers cleaning everything they had a basket for glasses that people tried on so they could sanitize them

I called today and spoke with LaQuita..........I needed to order some more contacts. LaQuita with was very nice and professional. She was fast and asked the correct questions to order my contacts. Very pleasant call!!

Gregory Caldwell had a wonderful safe experience with LUCK OPTICAL...THEY give you a mask when you get there..wipe down all pens and clip boards and seats...Thos is the safest i ve felt anywhere.....I APPRECIATE LUCK OPTICAL...GOOD JOB TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES..
